  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.

  12. Shareware Version

  14. You are hereby licensed to: use the Shareware version of the 
  15. software for a 21 day evaluation period; make as many copies 
  16. of the Shareware version of this software and documentation as 
  17. you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to 
  18. anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software and 
  19. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There 
  20. is no charge for any of the above.

  22. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting 
  23. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing 
  24. the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial 
  25. or otherwise) without prior written permission, with one exception: 
  26. Disk Vendors approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals 
  27. are permitted to redistribute DirMatch, subject to the conditions 
  28. in this license, without specific written permission.

  30. Unregistered use of DirMatch after the 21-day evaluation period is 
  31. in violation of federal copyright laws.

  33. Evaluation and Registration

  35. This is not free software. This license allows you to use this 
  36. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 
  37. 21 days. If you use this software after the 21 day evaluation period, 
  38. you must register it. When payment is received you will be sent a 
  39. registered copy of the latest version of DirMatch.

  41. One registered copy of DirMatch may either be used by a single 
  42. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, 
  43. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by 
  44. multiple people, but not both.

  46. You may access the registered version of DirMatch through a 
  47. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for 
  48. the software covering all workstations that will access the 
  49. software through the network.

  51. Governing Law

  53. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State 
  54. of Maryland.

  56. Disclaimer of Warranty

  58. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SUPPLIED "AS IS" AND 
  59. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR ANY 
  60. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the 
  61. various hardware and software environments into which DirMatch may 
  62. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  64. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be 
  65. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The 
  66. user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY 
  67. OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR 
  68. REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
